<br />The Sewer question referred to in last lliLeting of' the
<br />Council, as postponed to this meeting as th~rewas onl~T
<br />thr~e present at the time, was taken up and c'-isposed of
<br />after a prolonged discussion.
<br />The bids recd,for the work were so much in excess of the
<br />estimate given by the ~ngineer in charge of the jobfand
<br />certain changes in the location of said Sewer having been
<br />desired,a1so the lateness of the season,were all taken inm
<br />consDderation, finally a l,.otion was made, seconded and
<br />eclared carried,that all the bids be rejected,
<br />~he Council withholding further action until the people
<br />can agree as to what the:' want,
<br />A Petition was presented siGned b~T 5 residents on Lain St.
<br />asking that another Street Li~ht be Installed on kain St.
<br />between Oak and Park St.

<br />l~ov.1ast :rhe Co uncil asked the ~ower 5: LiGht Co.to continue
<br />on the same terms until June when the Street liGhting
