This area of the city property has for years and is <br /> currently being maintained by the church. They would like to purchase <br /> a portion of property to have street frontage along County Road 1 in <br /> order to erect a sign that is more visible. <br /> E CR33 <br /> The property was not received through park dedication. The EDA <br /> transferred this property to the city with the intent of passive open <br /> space and future trail development. <br /> No trail connection is shown in this area on the Master Trail Plan. <br /> Providing some trail easement would be needed to provide access to Hwy 10 <br /> the site from 193rd Avenue.
