Your staff\\ould suggest <br /> the following principals be addressed in each agreement: <br /> I C (mi nication antennas shall be allowed on a municipal owned water tower <br /> with the following principals adequately addressed in the agreement. <br /> I I ) It is preferred that Antenna shall he placed on the outside of the tower <br /> where internal access is not necessary. If this is not practicable. <br /> antennas \\ill be allowed on the roof provided: <br /> I <br /> a) Access to the tower will only he provided when LRI'Iu <br /> personnel or their representative is present <br /> h) Communication company shall pay all costs with ERMtI <br /> Ipersonnel bein`, on site with communication company <br /> personnel. <br /> I2) Communication Company shall furnish installation drawing of antenna <br /> and cable attachment for ERMU approval before installation. <br /> Installation of antennas and cable shall be installed so they are. <br /> Istructural safe, are aesthetic, and do not present a safety hazard. <br /> 3) Communication Company shall pay for the entire owner engineering <br /> Ile fee associated with design and inspection of their installation. No field <br /> welding \\ill be permitted on the water towers. <br /> 1 <br />
