Present Were: George Zabee President James Simpson Trustee Bill Birrenkott General Manager Absent was: James Tralle Vice Chairman Others Present: Glenn Sundeen Bob McCartney Noel Vogen Wade Lovelette Mike Thiry 1) The meeting was called to order at 4 : 00 P.M. by President Zabee. 2) Motion by Mr. Simpson seconded by Mr. Zabee to approve the agenda. The motion carried. 3) Motion by Mr. Zabee seconded by Mr. Simpson to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as distributed. The motion carried. 4) Noel Vogen of Associated Consultants presented the Commissioners with a summary of the bids received for the new building for the well and treatment at the old City Hall site. Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Zabee to award the contract to the low bidder, Lunn Construction in the amount of $81, 550. The motion carried. 5) The General Manager presented the Commissioners with a report from Maier-Stewart with several opportunities and methods for treatment at the new well at the new City Hall site. More information will be presented at future meetings. 6) Wade Lovelette and Mike Thiry, representing the outside workers appeared before the Commission to discuss wages and benefits for the upcoming year. Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Zabee to increase the pay for the outside workers by 3 . 14% effective June 1st of this year. The Motion carried. 7) The 1991 financials along with audit, as prepared by Olson, Thielen & Co. , LTD were presented to the Commissioners by the General Manager. Motion by Mr. Simpson, seconded by Mr. Zabee to receive and file the December 31, 1991 audit as presented. The motion carried.
