As a result of that discussion, during the recodification process,the R1e district standards were removed from the Zoning Code. As a result, a map amendment rezoning those areas zoned Rle Single Family needs to be approved to provide consistency between the zoning map and code. As the Commission may recall,the R1e district standards were changed to reduce the minimum • lot size from 20,000 square feet to 11,000 square feet. As a result,this created another single family zoning district similar to the Rlb and the R1c districts.
