<br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />January 27, 1976 <br />at 12:00 o'clock noon <br /> <br />~Members present were as follows: Acting Mayor Bob Syring, Councilmembers Konop, Otto, & <br />~Hudson. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Syring declared the receiving of bids closed at 12:01 PM. <br /> <br />Bob Milne, City Financial Advisor proceeded to open the following bids received: <br /> <br />SEE ATTACHED LIST <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Hudson and seconded by Councilmember Konop to accept and award the <br />lowest bid to Robert W. Baird & Co. in the amount of $525,485.00 (average net rate 5.63308%) <br />based on final tabulation by Mr. Milne. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Konop and seconded by Councilmember Hudson granting the request of <br />Leonard L. Haberman (Crossroads Cafe) for a on and off sale non-intoxicating malt liquor <br />license.
