Call meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. February 15. 2001 <br /> 2. Consider Utilities Agenda <br /> George Zabee moved to approve the Utilities Agenda for February 15, 2001. James Tralle seconded <br /> the motion. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> 3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> George Zabee moved to approve the Consent Agenda as follows: <br /> January Check Register <br /> Comparative Sales/Production Reports <br /> January 15, 2001 Minutes <br /> 5.1 Update Well#7 and Proposed Water Tower Location <br /> Bryan Adams reported on the response from Riverside Development and Gold Nugget Development <br /> concerning a possible water tower in their development. Gold Nugget has agreed to locate a Water Tower <br /> on the NW corner of their development. John Dietz and Bryan Adams will meet with representatives of <br /> Riverside to discuss a tower location on their property. <br /> Further discussion was centered on the size of the water tower locations for booster stations. Bryan <br /> Adams advised that he has sent a memo to the City of Elk River estimating the schedule and costs for Water <br /> production facility#7, and Water Tower with financing with bonds. <br /> 5.2 Review Downtown Electric Upgrade & Sidewalk Project <br /> The upgrade of the electrical system on Main Street was reviewed, with John Dietz reporting on the <br /> pavers to be used for sidewalk, and Pat Klaers reported on time frames for the project. John Dietz <br /> mentioned that he feels the upgrade to be done by the Utilities has helped move the project ahead. Bryan <br /> Adams will return to the Commission with plans, specifications, and secure proposal to do the necessary <br /> work. <br />
