The ordinance would repeal the current R-3 District requirements and <br /> III <br /> adopt the attached ordinance standards. <br /> Attachment <br /> • October 2, 2001 version - Townhome Ordinance <br /> Analysis <br /> Per the City Council's direction the Planning Commission and staff,with assistance from the <br /> development community, have prepared a set of revised standards for townhome <br /> developments. In recent years,townhomes have been developed utilizing the planned unit <br /> development section of the City's zoning ordinance.
