Those surrounding land <br /> uses are often residential and commercial. <br /> When looking at setting a theme for a zoning district, the architectural design and <br /> exterior building materials are as important as the uses that go in the buildings. <br /> The BP district was intended to represent high-end research, office and light <br /> manufacturing.
