This parking area was constructed in <br /> ID the middle of the 1999-2000 school year. <br /> Attachments <br /> • Location map <br /> • Map of parking lot <br /> • Staff report to City Council dated 12/13/99 <br /> Overview <br /> On December 13, 1999 the City Council approved a request by the School <br /> District to use the athletic field between the Senior High and Vandenberg as a <br /> temporary parking lot for the remainder of the 1999-2000 school year. The <br /> School District wanted to use this area to replace parking lost when they closed <br /> the parking lot at the Oak Knoll baseball fields. <br /> The School District is again requesting to use the same field as temporary <br /> parking. They would like to use this area as parking from August 15, 2000 to <br /> June 15, 2002. As they did last year, no improvements are proposed for the area, <br /> including Class V. The area will be about 345 feet long by 135 feet wide and <br /> delineated with stakes and ropes. Staff suggests that because this will be used <br /> for parking for 2 years, a more durable surface such as class five be installed. <br /> • Access to the lot would be through the existing entrance from School Street. <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
