Councilmember Westgaard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 18- jb <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging <br />Contributions <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $2,000 donation from State Farm Insurance <br />Kevin Gleitz with the intent it be used by the Elk River Parks and Recreation Department <br />for the 2018 Farmers Market. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths <br />vote, to acknowledge the support and commend the First National Bank of Elk River for <br />their donation. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olsen and upon vote bein taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers O sen, Westgaard, Ovall, and Wagner <br />and the following against: none whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Olsen, <br />Westgaard, Ovall, and Wagner <br />and the following absent: <br />Passed and adopted this 18"' day of June 2018. <br />\ `►' \'ll��✓� <br />ATTEST: <br />Tina Allard, City erk <br />ATU <br />.OMf...
