Review d discuss Athletic Facilities Master Plan <br /> Mr. Hecker shared information regarding updated Athletic Complex Facilities Master <br /> Plan for Dave Ar ders ,'nAthletic Complex,Youth Athletic Complex, and Oak Knoll <br /> Athletic Complex. <br /> Mr. Portner explained that the purpose is to finish the plans and to schedule out the <br /> Capital Improvements. //�,: <br /> Commissioner Niziolek asked what other pieces are involved with all the facilities. <br /> Mr. Portner stated that the costs for Trails Master Plan, Skate Park,Arena, and <br /> Activity Center are completed and that the City Council would like the costs for <br /> other park projects by July 1, 2018 so they can move forward on marketing their plan <br /> of either a referendum or using a local sales tax. <br /> Mr. Hecker shared the three Athletic Complex concepts. <br /> Commission members discussed what to keep and what not to keep in concept plans <br /> Dave Anderson Athletic Complex: <br /> Keep restrooms <br />
