The <br />minutes then 1frere approved as corrected. Motion unanimously carried by a vote <br />of 4-0. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Engstrom and seconded by Councilmember Toth approving <br />the minutes of the Special Council Meeting of May 22, 1978. Motion <br />unanimou~ly carried by a vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />Recommendation was made by Mayor Madsen to hire Vern's Cleaning service, the <br />Library jani tcrial service to also keep the grass m01rJed, 1rJatered and weeded, <br />for an extra $25.00 per month. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Duitsman and seconded by Councilmember Otto to hire <br />Vern's Cleaning Service for an additional $25.00 per month to care fDD Library <br />la1rm.
