The <br /> expansion involves enclosing a portion of the patio area in the front of the <br /> restaurant. They will be increasing the number of seats by 30, from 98 seats to <br /> 128 seats. The new west side building elevation will be consistent with the <br /> existing exterior. The expansion should not affect the existing drainage on site. <br /> Parking and access <br /> Access into and through the site will not change and no parking spaces will be <br /> lost because of the expansion.
