As part of the site improvements, four parking <br /> stalls were installed as required and the driving areas were paved. <br /> Arnie Mach, owner of Gopher State Mini-Storage requests an amendment to the <br /> Conditional Use Permit to construct a small office for an auto sales and leasing <br /> business in one of the new storage stalls. The office would consist of a heated office <br /> with a bathroom.
