<br /> <br />Request for Action <br /> <br /> <br />To Item Number <br />Mayor and City Council 4.3 <br />Agenda Section Meeting Date Prepared by <br />Consent May 7, 2018 Zack Carlton, Planning Manager <br />Item Description Reviewed by <br />Limited Use Permit: Entrance Monument Signs in Cal Portner, City Administrator <br />MnDOT Right of Way <br />Reviewed by <br /> <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Adopt, by motion, a resolution approving Limited Use Permit (LUP) 7102-0015 for the construction of <br />entrance signs within the rights-of-way for Highways 169 and Highway 10. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />City staff has secured authorization from the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) to <br />construct two entrance monument signs in state right-of-way.
