On October 20th the City <br /> Council approved an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan which expanded <br /> the boundary of the urban service area to include approximately 480 acres <br /> bounded County Road 12 on the north, Tyler Street alignment on the west, <br /> 175th Avenue on the south and Fillmore Street on the east.
