Beahen, Police Chief <br /> <br />DATE: April 18, 2005 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Donation to Elk River Police Department <br /> <br />The Elk River Police Department recently received a donation in the amount of $25.00 from Terry <br />and Judy Brenteson to be used for National Night Out. <br /> <br />Attached is a resolution acknowledging the Brentesons contribution to the Elk River Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />It is requested that Mayor and Council adopt the attached resolution acknowledging the monetary <br />contribution from Terry and Judy Brenteson pursuant to Minnesota State Statute 465.03. <br />
