<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF REVIEW <br />HELD AT THE COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S ROOM <br />SHERBURNE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING <br />MAY 15, 1984 <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Hinkle, Councilmembers Duitsman, Schuldt, and Gunkel <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Engstrom <br /> <br />Residents attending the Board of Review Meeting are as follows: <br /> <br />Theodore Thompson <br />Diane Willerrnuth <br />Jim Robinson <br />Dennis Temple <br />Ray Zackman <br />E. S. Goodfellow <br />Jim Brandt <br /> <br />Ty Bischoff, County Assessor, explained the purpose of a Board of Review meeting. <br />The following people appeared before the Council with the following actions taken: <br /> <br />1. Theodore Thompson - Discussed the purchase of his land and sale of a <br />portion of it to his daughter. No action was taken. <br /> <br />2. Dennis Temple -.After considerable discussion regarding the purchase <br />price of their property and the assessor's valuation, COUNCILMEMBER <br />GUNKEL MOVED TO CONTINUE THE HEARING UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE CITY'S <br />ASSESSOR, JERRY KRITZECK, COULD PHYSICALLY ASSESS THE PROPERTY. <br />COUNCILMEMBER DUITSMAN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION. PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />3. Ray Zackman - Discussed assessed value of his property. No action taken. <br /> <br />4. E. S. Goodfellow - After discussion regarding the purchase price of <br />the property and the assessed value of the property, COUNCILMEMBER <br />SCHULDT MOVED TO CONTINUE THE HEARING UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE CITY'S <br />ASSESSOR, JERRY KRITZECK, COULD MAKE A PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF THE <br />PROPERTY. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED <br />4-0. <br /> <br />The City Administrator indicated that Ms. MaryK. Mitchell submitted a letter of <br />protest to the assessed valuation for the property located at 19884 Proctor. Ms. <br />Mitchell indicated in her letter that she has sold the property to Dennis Wold <br />for $93.000 and the assessor has it valued at $105,700. No action taken. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBERGUNKEL MOVED THAT THE MEETING BE <br />ADJOURNED, COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION.
