The primary concerns at the last meeting involved traffic <br /> and access to the proposed business park area. Directly west of the existing <br /> County Road No. 13 is an existing residential area which the Commission <br /> was concerned would be impacted by the traffic for the industrial area. <br /> Analysis of Area <br /> Included in the packet is one of many concepts that could be generated for <br /> this proposed industrial area. The plan also shows some of the existing <br /> residential and industrial areas surrounding the property.
