A couple of the main issues the Planning Commission and City <br /> Council discussed in approving this application centered on providing <br /> adequate buffer between Guardian Angels immediately to the west and the <br /> proposed automall. The second issue centered on providing the required <br /> parking based on the types of uses proposed for the automall.
