ITEM 3.1.^ <br /> ( <br /> ty of <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> lk • <br /> River TO: Planning Commission <br /> FROM: Steve Ach, City Planner <br /> DATE: January 28, 1997 <br /> SUBJECT: Request for Preliminary Plat <br /> Approval, Good Value Homes, <br /> Public Hearing Case No. P 96-13 <br /> Since the November 26, 1996 Planning Commission meeting when this item <br /> was reviewed by the Planning Commission, staff has had the opportunity to <br /> meet with Mr. Peterson from Good Value Homes to discuss the status of <br /> Cherrywood Hills. At this time Mr. Peterson is continuing to review the <br /> issues that were raised by both the Planning Commission and staff regarding <br /> the proposed plat.
