ITEM 3.1. <br /> Iv of MEMORANDUM <br /> Elk • <br /> River TO: Planning Commission <br /> FROM: Steve Ach, City Planner. <br /> DATE: December 19, 1996 <br /> SUBJECT: Conditional Use Permit Request <br /> to Operate a Motor Vehicle Service <br /> Station, Public Hearing Case No. <br /> CU 96-25 <br /> Holiday Companies is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a motor <br /> vehicle service station at the northeast corner of School Street and Freeport <br /> Avenue. The Holiday plans have been tracking on a parallel path along with <br /> the proposed plat (Heying Addition) for the school district's administration <br /> office property. The plat is scheduled to be presented to the City Council for <br /> action in January. Due to the timing of this plat and some of the <br /> • modifications that may be incorporated into the plat, Holiday has asked that <br /> their item be postponed until the January 28th Planning Commission <br /> meeting.
