The <br /> proposed building would be oriented towards Freeport Avenue and consist of <br /> an office and waiting room and six bays for auto repair work. <br /> Vehicle access to the site would be via one of the shopping centers' entrances <br /> off of Freeport Avenue. The site would not have any direct access onto <br /> Freeport since the overall project was approved with controlled access off of <br /> • Freeport.
