Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,the meeting of the Elk River Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Anderson. <br /> 2. Consider 3/14/18 Agenda <br /> Chair Anderson asked to add Introduction of New Members as Item 4.4 <br /> Mr. Hecker asked to add Eagle Scout Project Presentation as Item 4.5 <br /> Chair Anderson asked to add Establishing a Community Group for Woodland Trails <br /> Regional Park Grant Process as Item 5.21 <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Williams to <br /> approve the March 14,2018, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting agenda <br /> with the recommended changes. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 3.1 Consider 02/14/18 Regular PRC Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Soltvedt and seconded by Commissioner Ahlness to <br /> approve the following February 14,2018 Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> Minutes. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum - None <br /> 4.4 Introduction of New Commission Members <br /> Mr. Hecker asked the new members to introduce themselves and share their interest in <br /> commission. <br /> Mark Rathbun shared that he does a lot of skiing and biking on the trail system and is <br /> interested in the Recreation programs. <br /> Dave Williams shared that he has more knowledge of the athletic fields due to being <br />
