Ach, City Planner.� « <br /> DATE: September 26, 1995 <br /> SUBJECT: Land Use Plan Amendment, Zone <br /> Change and Preliminary Plat Request <br /> by the City of Elk River, Public Hearing <br /> Case No.'s LUA 95-6, ZC 95-6 & P 95-4 <br /> Request <br /> The City of Elk River is requesting the following applications: <br /> • a) A comprehensive land use plan amendment changing the land use <br /> designation from MR (Medium Density Residential) to HB (Highway <br /> Business) <br /> b) Rezoning from Rlc (Single Family Residential) to C3 (Highway <br /> Commercial) <br /> c) Preliminary Plat to plat a 3 acre parcel into one commercial lot and <br /> one outlot <br /> Attachments <br /> • Revised Plat <br /> • Planning Commission report dated August 22, 1995 <br /> Land Use Amendment and Rezoning <br /> The land use and rezoning request is amended in accordance with the revised <br /> plat. The developable portion (Lot 1, Block 1) of the three acre parcel is the <br /> only area subject to the land use and zone change.
