The <br /> required setback from the unnamed tributary is 50 feet from the ordinary <br /> high water mark. The required front yard setback is 30 feet from the front <br /> property line. The variance request is the end result of confusion between <br /> • the developer/city/county/DNR concerning the jurisdiction of a small <br /> stream/ditch which bisects the Meadowvale Heights Second Addition.
