The existing courthouse facility is consistent with the <br /> proposed land use designation. The intent is to amend the land use plan for <br /> the area to provide consistency with the Business Park zoning designation. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended the Planning Commission approve the request to <br /> amend the Comprehensive Land Use Plan from P (Public) to LI <br /> (Light Industrial) for the Sherburne County Courthouse parcel.
