CU94-32 <br /> ISSUE <br /> The Plaisted Companies are requesting a Conditional Use Permit for mineral <br /> excavation and processing on a 272 acre site. The property in question was <br /> part of the Environmental Impact Statement on mineral excavation and was <br /> • included in the Mineral Excavation Overlay zoning district. <br /> LOCATION <br /> Mr. Plaisted's approximately 272 acres, encompasses the majority of Section <br /> 15, Township 33, Range 26, that lye's east of Highway 169. His property is <br /> bordered by 213th Avenue on the north, County Road 77 on the west, and <br /> County Road 33 on the south. There is a map attached to this memo showing <br /> the location of the affected property. A complete legal description is available <br /> at City Hall. <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> 1.
