The Planning Commission reviewed and the Council approved <br /> a one year renewal of Commercial Asphalt's permit in the Spring of 1994. <br /> One of the conditions of that renewal, was a review by the Planning <br /> Commission in June of 1994, of the odor issue associated with the plant. <br /> Attached to this memo is a letter from Commercial Asphalt dated June 6, <br /> • 1994, regarding the measures they have taken to deal with their odor <br /> problem. <br /> This issue is in front of the Planning Commission, not as a formal public <br /> hearing, but as an interim review to see what progress has been made <br /> regarding odor. This item was not re-advertized, but the neighbors that got <br /> the original notice and people who commented at public hearings were given <br /> notice of this meeting.
