ZC 94-5 <br /> REQUEST <br /> Riverside Development is requesting a rezoning of approximately one acre of <br /> property at the northeast corner of 193rd and Highway 169 from Rle (Single <br /> Family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development). <br /> LOCATION <br /> • Northeast corner of Highway 169 and 193rd Avenue. <br /> ZONING / LAND USE <br /> Rle (Single Family Residential) / MR (Medium Density Residential) <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> Location Map, Zoning Map <br /> ANALYSIS <br /> Similar to the application for a comprehensive land use plan amendment, <br /> this rezoning request is necessary to accommodate the proposed commercial <br /> development as a PUD. The rezoning to PUD will be an extension of the <br /> current PUD immediately to the south that was established in 1992. The <br /> rezoning to include an additional acre as part of the Hillside PUD is minor <br /> and will not be inconsistent with the Highway 169 corridor. With the <br /> underlying land use designation of HB (Highway Business), this one acre <br /> parcel will be developed as commercial. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> P.O.
