ACH, CITY PLANNER <br /> DATE: JULY 21, 1993 <br /> SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br /> TO ALLOW THE SALE OF TRUCK BOXES <br /> IN A C3 ZONE BY METRO TRUCK <br /> EQUIPMENT/PUBLIC HEARING, CASE NO. <br /> CU 93-14 <br /> The Planning Commission opened the public hearing on this <br /> request at their May 25, 1993, meeting and continued this item <br /> at the June 22, 1993, meeting allowing the applicant time to <br /> provide further information. The applicant has retained the <br /> services of an engineer who will preparing the appropriate <br /> plans for Planning Commission review. However, a few issues <br /> relative to developing the site have surfaced which will <br /> require further consideration by Metro Truck Equipment. The <br /> time frame needed to resolve these outstanding issues is <br /> unknown, therefore, Metro Truck has submitted a letter to the <br /> City requesting their request be withdrawn until the <br /> appropriate information has been gathered for review. <br /> Staff recommends this item be withdrawn and brought back when <br /> additional information has been provided. <br /> • <br /> P.O.
