A map showing the affected area is attached. <br /> OVERVIEW <br /> Mr. Backes is proposing to plat 80 acres of the 121 acres owned <br /> by Mrs . Barnier. This plat will consist of 113 single family <br /> lots served by City sewer and water and is proposed to be <br /> developed in 2 phases . <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAT DATA <br /> Attached is a memo from Terry Maurer, City Engineer, dated <br /> March 16, 1993 . As Mr. Maurer indicates in his memo under A3, <br /> there is number of items lacking on the preliminary plat <br /> ill drawing.
