Roughly 20 people attended the <br />session with six developers or developer representatives. <br />The meeting resulted in questions regarding the site layout, parking requirements, greenspace and site <br />control. There was interest from the developers to redevelop the site. <br />Staff is looking for direction and feedback from the HRA on the next steps in the process to include <br />securing site control and distributing request for proposals.
