(This will be <br /> $57,037.20 at the 2018 low density rate) <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The subject property is east of the Riverplace development and encompasses approximately 20.85 acres. <br /> The property is located north of Hwy 10 and east of Pascal Dr. Riverplace Park abuts to the west side of <br /> the subject property. <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> The Neighborhood Parks Service Area text in Chapter 5 of the master plan states, recreation facilities should <br /> be developed when 300 or more households within cluster developments or on lots less than 2 acres are located within 1.5 <br /> miles of the park.
