Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Vice Chair Kallemeyn. <br /> 2. Consider 02/14/18 Agenda <br /> Mr. Hecker asked to add Item 5.4 Pause Park Improvement Projects <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Sagan to approve the <br /> February 14,2018, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting agenda with the <br /> recommended changes. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 3.1 Consider 1/10/18 Regular PRC Minutes <br /> Moved by Commissioner Soltvedt and seconded by Commissioner Sagan to approve the <br /> January 10,2018 Parks and Recreation Commission Minutes. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4. Open Forum - None <br /> 5. Action Items <br /> 5.1 Park Dedication — Miske Meadows Fourth Addition <br /> Mr. Benoit presented his staff report. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Niziolek and seconded by Commissioner Holmgren to <br /> recommend to City Council to accept park dedication for the plat of Miske Meadows <br /> Fourth Addition to be paid for 72 dwelling units at the rate applicable when the <br /> subdivision is released for recording. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 5.2 Trails Master Plan <br />
