Three
additional properties will be affected but no additional right-of-way will be needed from these owners.
On these three properties we intend to memorialize a formal roadway easement as no officially recorded
document exists. We have received quotations to begin the title work and appraisals for the acquisitions.
In the next six months we will work to obtain necessary right-of-way,hold a project open house, and
finalize plans in anticipation for construction to begin in early September.
The Elk River Vision
A avelcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional p Q W E H E D s r
service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity /` UR
