The ordinance <br />indicates setbacks for Accessory Buildings in the C-2 district but Accessory Buildings are not <br />allowed. Staff is proposing to allow Accessory Buildings as a Conditional Use in the C-2 <br />district. <br /> <br />Section 30-801: Home Occupations <br /> <br />As a result of the recent application for a hair salon as a home occupation and the concern <br />of chemicals on the shared septic system, staff is proposing that all Home Occupations <br />obtain written permission from the Home Owners Association, when one is present.
