Closed Meeting of the Elk River <br />Economic Development Authority <br />Held at Elk River City Hall <br />Monday, November 20, 2017 <br />Members Present: President Tveite, Commissioners Ovall (excused himself from the <br />meeting at 5:02 p.m.), Provo, Olsen, and Wagner <br />Members Absent: Commissioners Blesener and Westgaard <br />Staff Present: Economic Development Director Amanda Othoudt, Economic <br />Development Specialist Colleen Eddy, and Recording Secretary <br />Jennifer Green <br />I. Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic <br />Development Authority was called to order at 5:01 p.m. by President Tveite. <br />3. Closed Meeting <br />President Tveite stated the following: <br />"The EDA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.05, subdivision <br />3(b) to consider offers and counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real <br />property.The proprety being discussed is PID #75-807-0110." <br />Commissioner Ovall indicated due to a potential conflict of interest, he would excuse <br />himself from the closed meeting and left the room. <br />President Tveite noted the property to be discussed. Discussion was held. <br />3.
