The removal of the spruce trees near the dumpsters last year has proven to provide <br />adequate space for snow storage. In the event that further snow accumulation should occur, Parks and <br />Streets Division staff will work to remove the piles to an off-site storage location. <br /> <br />At the October 4, 2017 Library Board Meeting, the board recommended moving forward with <br />purchasing two ADA accessible tables and one bench with a back from the Wausau Made line of outdoor <br />concrete park amenities, as well as the purchase of a trash receptacles from the Barco product <br />line. Estimated cost for the purchase of these amenities is: <br /> <br /> Wausau Made Table TF3128:G22A22 - $970.00 <br /> Wausau Made Bench TF5051:G22A22 - $1030.00 <br /> Barco Double Cassidy Receptacle 08CL1708 - $1200.00 <br /> Shipping (Estimate until final purchase) - $600.00 <br /> <br />The total cost for the purchase of the site amenities is estimated to be $4,770.00. This price may vary <br />slightly based on shipping costs once purchase is finalized. The total authorized budget for this project <br />was $10,000. <br /> <br /> <br />5.2
