Sellon\] Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />January 3, 1948 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Board of the Twp. met in regular session with all members present. Also present were the <br />members of the Burns Twp. Board. <br /> <br />Present: \[not listed\] <br /> <br />st <br />The petition for a road between sec. 1-33-26 and sec. 6-33-25 was discussed and March 31 at <br />1:30 P.M. at the site of the proposed road was set as the time and place for the hearing on the <br />petition. <br /> <br />Applications for licenses to sell cigarettes were approved for the following: A. Blais at Daytonport, <br />Alfred O. Backer at Camp Cozy; Hugh Owen at Pine Cafe; and J.D. Finchammer at the Log Cabin. <br /> <br />The following bills were allowed: <br /> <br /> <br />Revenue Fund <br /> <br />No. 53 Everett L. Specht $3.00 <br /> <br />No. 54 Orville Bernard 3.00 <br /> <br />No. 55 Kenneth E.
