RESOLUTION 97- 2 9 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it appears to the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota, that the roads hereafter <br />described should be designated as Municipal State Aid Streets under the <br />provisions of Minnesota laws; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Elk River, Minnesota, that the <br /> roads described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Fillmore Street Northwest from 165th Avenue Northwest to 175th Avenue <br />Northwest and Jarvis Street Northwest from TH 10 to 165th Avenue Northwest <br />thence 165m Avenue Northwest from Jarvis Street Northwest to Fillmore Street <br />Northwest, be, and hereby are established, located, and designated Municipal <br />State Aid Streets of Elk River, Minnesota, subject to the approval of the <br />Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of Elk River, Minnesota, is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the <br /> Commissioner of Transportation for consideration, and that upon his approval <br /> of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, <br /> improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Elk <br /> River. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 7t~' day of April, 1997. <br /> <br />~andra A.
