ERMU staff is evaluating plant operations in preparation for <br /> the transition to a new wholesale power supplier in October 2018. <br /> DISCUSSION: <br /> Currently ERMU is working with Great River Energy(GRE) staff, and other stakeholders on <br /> transition options for the landfill gas electric generation plant. GRE has expressed concern about <br /> the existing Purchased Power Agreement(PPA) for the delivery of the plants electric production <br /> to GRE's system.
