Request for Action <br /> <br /> <br />To Item Number <br />Mayor and City Council 4.4 <br />Agenda Section Meeting Date Prepared by <br />Consent Agenda October 2, 2017 Chris Leeseberg, Senior Planner <br />Item Description Reviewed by <br />Ordinance: Assign New Street Addresses for PID# Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />Reviewed by <br /> 75-108-2200 <br /> 75-776-0405 <br /> <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Adopt, by motion, an ordinance assigning new street addresses for the Properties identified as PID# 75- <br />108-2200 and 75-776-0405. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />It has come to the attention of the city per Minnesota Statute §412.221, subd. 18, a change of address or <br />designating an address must be done by ordinance. <br /> <br />The property identified as 75-108-2200 has an incorrect street designation and the property is being sold. <br />The city is taking advantage of the change in ownership to complete the address change. <br /> <br />The property identified as 75-776-0405 has an address of 17810 Lincoln Street but is located south of the <br />thth <br />178 Avenue.
