<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />July 5, 1941 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Board of Elk River Twp. met in regular session with all members present. <br /> <br />Present: \[not listed\] <br /> <br />Mr. E.P. Spink of 1076 Matilde Ave. St. Paul appeared before the Board in regard to fixing the road <br />th <br />into a group of cottages at Camp Cozy. The Board agreed to view the road and July 12, 1941 at <br />12:45 P.M. was set as day for such meeting. <br /> <br />J.H. Chase appeared in regard to his petition for road. Petition was granted on the condition that <br />Mr. Chase do the necessary drainage work. <br /> <br />Mrs. Fred. R. Gamm appeared before Board asking for some financial help. She was granted eight <br />dollars ($8.00) per month to buy food stamps and was given an order to Relief Board for such an <br />amount. <br /> <br />The following bills were allowed: <br /> <br /> <br />R & B \[Road and Bridge Fund\] <br /> <br />No. 6 Raymond Bernard $67.50 <br /> Total R & B \[Fund\]: $67.50 <br /> <br /> <br />Revenue \[Fund\] <br /> <br />No 26 Oscar Engstrom $9.00 <br /> <br />No 27 Louis J.
