Palmer took oath and gave bonds in the amount of $2000.00 with Erwin Specht and <br />Everette Rathbun as sureties for Treas. two yrs. <br />H.R. Moyer took oath and gave bonds in the amount of $500.00 with L.G. Lamm and <br />T.W.
