Sellon, Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />February 24, 1940 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Board of Town of Elk River met in special session to view road on petition of Eva Hahn at <br />10.15 A.M., at site of proposed Cartway then adjourned to Court-house for discussion and decided <br />to bring it up at the regular meeting for organization March. 16 as Mr. Cairnes and Mr Robbins <br />asked to have road changed to the North side of Sec. line, and as Mr Hahn was sick and could not <br />be present the hearing was adjourned until Mar. 16 at 11 oclock A.M. <br /> <br />F.E.
