Lamm was chosen <br />moderator after which the following business was taken up <br /> <br />On motion it was resolved: Fire prevention issue be layed \[sic\] on the table. <br /> <br />On motion it was resolved: to lay the food roads resolution on the table. <br /> <br />On motion it was resolved: The Town Board be authorized to designate place of Annual Meeting if <br />Court room is not available. <br /> <br />Treasurers report was read and on motion was accepted as read <br /> <br />On motion the following sums of money were ordered to be raised by tax on the taxable property <br />for the following purposes for the current year. <br /> <br />Road & Bridge \[Fund\] $800.00 $500.00 <br />Rev. \[Fund\] 600.00 <br />Poor \[Fund\] one mill <br /> <br />On motion it was resolved to reconsider Road & Bridge levy of $800.00 and reduce to $500.00 <br /> <br />At four oclock P.M. the polls were declared closed and the results were as follows. <br /> <br />J.W.
