RESOLUTION 97- 27 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF <br /> AN ALL-WAY STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION <br />OF FREEPORT STREET AND 191st LANE IN ELK PARK CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the amount of traffic on both Freeport Street and 191st Lane has continued to <br />increase since the opening of Elk Park Center; and <br /> <br />the traffic is expected to continue to increase into the future; and <br /> <br />there have been several accidents or near-accidents at this intersection. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />The installation of an all-way stop sign at the intersection of Freeport Street and 191st Lane <br />is hereby authorized and direct. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 7th day of April, 1997. <br /> <br /> Jol~ Diem, Vice M~yor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Sandra A.
