ver <br />Resolution 17--43— <br />A Resolution Declaring Certain Property as Dedicated for <br />Right of Way and Open to the Public <br />WHEREAS, the 2003 approval of the Cascade Industrial Park plat, was on condition that <br />Outlot B of the plat be deeded to the adjacent property so that all properties have access to a <br />public street; and <br />WHEREAS, Montgomery Family Partnership LLP, a Minnesota limited partnership, has deeded <br />to the City of Elk River, Outlot B, Cascade Industrial Park, Sherburne County, Minnesota, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to dedicate Outlot B to the public for right of way purposes as <br />part of 162"d Avenue N.W.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />N innesota, as follows: <br />I . The City Council hereby dedicates Outlot B, Cascade Industrial Park, to the <br />public for right of way purposes and open to the public for travel as part of 162nd Avenue N.W. <br />Passed and adopted this 21" day of August, 2017. <br />.l <br />J&A J.
